One compact mass flow meter on each gas line sets how much of each gas goes into the mix.

Each MF4600 measures and sets the flow of one gas before the gases meet. Illustrative only; confirm gases, piping and ratios at site.
A gas sensing system needs two gases blended in a set proportion before they reach the sensing chamber. Too much or too little of either gas changes the mixture, and with it the result. Each gas line needs its own accurate, steady flow control.
An MF4600 sits on each gas line, between the cylinder and the mixing chamber. It measures the true mass flow of its gas with MEMS sensing and includes a precision control valve to set the flow. The gases then blend in the mixing chamber and pass on to the gas sensing chamber and the output.
Repeatable gas mixtures from compact, low-power instruments. A wide range of flow, fast response, and a front panel for local settings, with digital and analog outputs for monitoring.
Measuring mass flow, rather than volume, helps keep the mixing ratio consistent when gas temperature or pressure changes. With one MEMS thermal mass flow meter and precision valve on each line, the proportion of each gas can be set and repeated for gas sensing and calibration work.
